How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Chika subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Chika and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Where can I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account (not in the Chika app). Follow the steps above to view, change, or cancel your subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Since subscriptions are processed through Apple, refund requests must be submitted to Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Chika subscription purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select your reason and submit

Apple will review your request and email you the outcome within 48 hours.

Is my health information private?

Yes! Your wellness assessment responses and remedy preferences are stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use Chika remedies instead of seeing a doctor?

No. Chika is for educational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen, especially if you:
