1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Chika: Home Apothecary ("Chika," "we," "our," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Chika is an educational mobile application that provides information about herbal remedies, natural health practices, and traditional healing methods. The App includes:

4.1 Subscriptions

Chika offers the following subscription plans:

Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial. You will be charged automatically after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4.2 Payment

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment information. Subscriptions are subject to Apple's Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are issued at Apple's discretion under their App Store refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (text, images, recipes, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Chika or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chika and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for:

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $100, whichever is greater).

8.3 Assumption of Risk

By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with herbal remedies, including allergic reactions, drug interactions, incorrect preparation or dosage, and contamination of herbs or ingredients.

You assume all responsibility for researching safety, consulting healthcare providers, and using remedies at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if:

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
